Welcome to this module on the Ethical Use of Information. Ethics relates to the choices made and actions taken by an individual and how they impact on the wider community. There are some important ethical considerations associated with the use of information.
Students need to be familar with the legal and ethical implications of creating, sharing and using information. Once they have found the relevant information required for an assignment, students need to know how to present it to others ethically. They need to be aware of, and abide by, the guidelines outlined in the Student Code of Conduct.
